If you aren’t getting enough sleep (7-9 hours) and deal with lack of energy, depression, difficulty with focus, low sex drive, lack of creativity and ambition, obesity, fibromyalgia and connective tissue/joint issues…you may want to look more closely at this single issue. Without resolving it, it is totally possible that you are dealing with symptoms rather than causes.
If you want an extraordinary quality of life, you must have a daily ritual of thought, emotion, and motion that prepares you for growth and constant action. But if you are caught in a cycle of doing what is IMPERATIVE as opposed to what is IMPORTANT, you are killing your dreams in their cradle.
